1. Where is MoneyBaggs Clothing based?
We are proudly based in the United Kingdom and ship from our UK facilities.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location.
3. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
4. How long does delivery take?
UK orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days. International orders may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
5. How much does shipping cost?
UK shipping is a flat rate of £3.99. Orders over £75 ship free. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
6. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
7. What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
8. Do you accept returns?
Yes. You may return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
10. What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
11. How do I know my size?
Check our Size Guide on the product pages. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your data.
14. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they are already being processed.
15. Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. Stay tuned.
16. Are your items restocked?
Some of our core items may be restocked, but most of our drops are limited. If you see something you like, grab it before it’s gone.
